Id-Dar tal-Providenza was founded by Mons. Michael Azzopardi in 1965 with the aim of offering a home with a warm and family-like environment for persons with disabilities who for some reason or another cannot stay living with their family.
Services
Since it’s inception Id-Dar tal-Providenza has provided residential services to persons with disabilities. The services provided include permanent or temporary residence and various other services aimed to improve their wellbeing.
Mission
Id-Dar tal-Providenza which takes its name and charism from the Gospel is primarily a residential organisation committed to empowering persons with disabilities in a family-like environment which enhances and maximises their abilities.
